Robert Half IT Product Manager II in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and enhancing our pricing and offer management tools across our digital and technology platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive pricing solutions and strategies that align with our company initiatives. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies for our pricing/offer planning setup computation and publishing tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product engineering, and operations to deliver experiences that improve pricing capabilities.
• Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust.
• Analyze customer offer and operational trends to outline ways to improve pricing systems and experiences.
• Establish relationships with operations teams to build technology that enables sustainable operational models.
• Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset and lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working.
• Manage our offer management tools that drive promotions and pricing across the enterprise.
• Work closely with Pricing Services and Price Experience teams to create all-encompassing solutions from a pricing standpoint.
• Inspire, motivate, influence and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships is critical to our success.
• Participate in pair programming sessions to help clarify requirements. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Product Management role
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing teams
• Proficient in customer service and marketing strategies
• Strong understanding and experience in operations and planning
• Knowledge and practical experience with pricing strategies
• Experience in hiring processes and team building
• Familiarity with retail and digital marketing strategies
• Engineering background or understanding of engineering concepts is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in creating and executing promotional strategies
• Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field is preferred
• Knowledge of e-Commerce applications and platforms
• Understanding of UX principles and mobile platforms
• Experience in software development processes
• Excellent written communication skills
• Knowledge of sustainable practices in product management
• Familiarity with Mindset Software and other management tools
• Ability to perform complex computations
