Description
Legal Assistants with experience supporting Corporate Practice groups should apply today to explore an exciting opportunity with a local firm! The successful candidate here will enjoy comprehensive benefit offering, PTO, 401(k) and remote work on a weekly basis.
Draft and format professional correspondence and documents.
Prepare documents for closings, including organization, assembly, and scanning.
Manage signature pages and assist in closing book preparation.
Maintain corporate minute books and assist with document comparisons.
Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, facilitating communication.
Process client documents, time entries, and invoices.
Handle new file openings and engagement letters.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
Effective organizational and prioritization abilities.
Initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
Experience with cloud storage software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
