CULTR DIGITAL STRATEGIST COMMUNITY MANAGER - Remote eligible full-time 15 months
- Cultr is a start-up in General Mills incubator program called G-Works. Cultr exists to revolutionize animal products because we believe everyone deserves to enjoy them without consequence or compromise.
-Cultr is in the Product Market Fit stage with its first solution a delicious non-animal cream cheese that has the same taste texture and functionality as a traditional dairy cream cheese. The team has strong conviction based on nearly two years of experimentation of the New to Big potential of Cultr.
The Digital Strategist Community Manager will join a team of three pioneering co-founders.
-Cultr employees work in ways that are not business as usual challenging themselves and each other using entrepreneurial skills and an experimental mindset to get to the commercial truth about our disruptive market opportunity. The Digital Strategist Community Manager will walk virtually into an exciting test and learn environment where rapid experimentation to validate assumptions and inform future direction is the teams primary currency.
The Digital Strategist Community Manager will manage the strategy and execution from digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights from A/B testing across paid social paid search and email marketing. This person will also manage and execute all social media activations for the brand across multiple channels.
The Digital Strategist Community Manager will:
Manage strategy execution and deliver actionable insights from digital marketing campaigns and A/B testing across paid social paid search and email marketing.
Develop holistic strategies from owned earned and paid media channels and partners with internal GMI teams to ensure seamless consumer experience across both digital and retail environments.
-Partner and manage relationship with external agencies to ensure successful execution of the marketing plan.
-Manage creation of digital assets including landing pages e-commerce sites and other digital assets coordinates resources when needed.
-Collaborate other relevant internal teams within Marketing Performance Marketing and Insights to expand marketing tech tools to align with GMI best practices and policies.
-Manage and execute all social media activations across multiple platforms TikTok Facebook Instagram etc..
Will copywrite and create all digital content from scratch.
-Will be responsible for building a cult-like social following online and developing an influencer program from the ground up to build brand awareness and drive product trial.
4 years of experience in paid media channels including Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Programmatic Paid Search Email Marketing platforms
Experience working with startup and growing businesses
