Description We are on the hunt for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to be part of our team. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and focuses on optimizing our system environment, ensuring system integration, and driving continuous improvements in ERP. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations related to NetSuite on a daily basis, including user accessibility, system configuration, and maintenance.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data within the system.
• Monitor the system's performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Lead the implementation of NetSuite end-to-end, encompassing data migration and system integration.
• Effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Design and maintain NetSuite workflows, scripts, and customizations to support business operations.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support informed business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and implement them effectively.
• Act as the primary contact for any NetSuite-related issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Coordinate system upgrades and integrations with IT and third-party vendors, maintaining detailed documentation of configurations and processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting, capable of creating and editing scripts as per client needs.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), able to effectively manage customer interactions.
• Expertise in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), possessing a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and their application.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software and platforms, able to leverage them to enhance business processes.
• Experience with AB Testing, capable of conducting and interpreting results to optimize system performance.
• Knowledge and experience in API Development, able to create and manage APIs for system integration.
• Proficiency in Business Process Functions, capable of analyzing and improving business processes.
• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents, translating them into feasible technical solutions.
• Experience in Configuration Management, able to oversee and control changes in software to maintain system integrity. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
