Description
Are you looking to get your foot in the door in the healthcare field? We have a Fortune 500 client in the twin cities metro looking to add a Project Coordinator to their team.
Responsibilities:
Review and research inconsistencies in health insurance plan data
Perform approximately 50 to 70 outbound calls daily
Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally
Accurately update systems with results of research
Requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience working with phones and Windows PC
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
