Description We might have a job for you, if you are an experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant. Robert Half is are seeking Senior Project Managers in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area to work with our local client by joining an existing team working onsite. The role needs to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project as well. You will be managing key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. You will ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Please apply right away! Key responsibilities

  • Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers

  • Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

  • Develops schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

  • Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

  • Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies

  • Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

  • Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

  • Manages project planning

  • Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments

  • Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable

  • Comes together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Handles the daily stand-ups, asserting they are timely, focused and brief

  • Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops

  • Present detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion

  • Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met

  • Congregates details from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into a proposal Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

    • You'll be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

    • We need the person we full-time to be flexible and focused

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

    • It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification

    • It is preferred for applicants to have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

  • Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

    • To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
