Description

Project Manager/Lead role in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is largely involved in the technology industry, specifically in application development projects. The workplace is dynamic, requiring the individual to be involved in various stages of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal team and other Project Managers for efficient project management.

• Accurately manage the project plan of SAP S/4 Hana implementation.

• Ensure projects within the implementation are completed in a timely manner.

• Establish realistic timelines, managing scope and budget effectively.

• Follow project methodology frameworks for better management of scope, schedule, and budget.

• Keep track of project status, risks, issues, and other relevant factors.

• Utilize Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure for project management tasks.

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project processes effectively.

• Implement Content Management System (CMS) and Contract Management skills in day-to-day tasks.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, change management, and auditing processes.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead.

• Strong proficiency in Cloud Technologies, with specific experience in Microsoft Azure.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Content Management System (CMS).

• Demonstrated ability in Contract Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodology.

• Possess skills in Auditing, able to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.

• Familiarity with industry Best Practices.

• Experience in Change Management, demonstrating ability to manage and drive change in an organization.

• Possess strong Coding skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex software problems. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
