Responsibilities:
Lead contract negotiations with pharmaceutical providers, ensuring terms align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage contractual obligations, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Address operational needs related to provider contracts, collaborating cross-functionally to streamline processes and optimize efficiencies.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical providers, serving as a primary point of contact for contractual inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring contracts reflect current standards and best practices.
Requirements
Experience with contract management and negotiations
Experience with pharmacy or healthcare
Experience of financial analysis
Proficiency in Excel Word and Powerpoint
