Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an interim Recruiter. Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans; as well as recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
How you will make an impact:
Determine if candidates are fit for positions by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Maintain department reports and records
Work to increase attractiveness of the organization by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices
Set up recruiting guidelines by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with managers on internal hiring needs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
Skilled in time-management and organization
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and work independently
1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
