Description

Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an interim Recruiter. Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans; as well as recruiting and evaluating job candidates.

How you will make an impact:

  • Determine if candidates are fit for positions by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements

  • Maintain department reports and records

  • Work to increase attractiveness of the organization by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices

  • Set up recruiting guidelines by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with managers on internal hiring needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

  • Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

  • Skilled in time-management and organization

  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and work independently

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
