Robert Half Sales Support in Minneapolis, Minnesota
A Twin Cities consulting firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start right away and assist the sales and marketing department!
Main responsibility is to provide administrative support to sales representatives and account managers within the fast-paced sales and marketing department in this growing company.
-Provide administrative support such as organizing files and templates
-Pull reports and information from the CRM to present to leadership
-Answer and direct calls to the correct individual
-Execute creation of marketing and sales email blasts
-Serve as a point person for customer/prospect inquiries over the phone/email/web as needed
-Help develop sales tools, direct mail and e-marketing campaigns
-Provide administrative support relative to event logistics, mailings, proofreading, fact checking
-Serve as CRM administrator, supporting data entry and list management projects, pulling target lists
-May assist with research on market/industry trends, customer feedback and competitors
-Serve as CRM administrator, tracking and reporting business development efforts
-Support new business proposal development and maintain the proposal library
-Develop targeted prospect lists for business development outreach efforts
-Support sales meetings by helping with preparation, logistics and follow up
-Event coordination including , trade shows, holiday parties, etc.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related degree
-Experience: 6+ months working in a sales/marketing, professional office or customer service environment (internship, summer job, etc.)
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
-Advanced communication skills
-Requires strong fluency in database management and ability to learn new technology quickly
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
