Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry. This role is remote work. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in the creation and execution of test strategies, ensuring that our systems and solutions align with business processes and user experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing comprehensive test plans and scenarios that cater to the project's business requirements and confirm the technical build meets these requirements.

• Incorporating business processes and user experience in the crafting of test strategies and testing of systems and solutions.

• Designing and executing tests across multiple software lifecycles.

• Reviewing product features and user stories to gain an understanding of functional requirements, constraints, and business requirements.

• Researching, identifying, and obtaining data requirements and data to meet all testing objectives.

• Validating all functions and logic perform according to the relevant acceptance criteria outlined in the Capability/Features.

• Providing regular test status updates during daily standup scrum team product or project team meetings and defect calls.

• Reporting, prioritizing, and tracking all defects to resolution, collaborating with scrum teams as needed.

• Presenting test plans and results observed during test execution/product demos to business and technology stakeholders

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Server

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Functions

• Demonstrable skills in Research, Planning Processes, and Stakeholder Management

• Proven ability in Review, Workstation Support, and Phone Presence

• Knowledge of MySQL, SQL, Oracle, and UX is required

• Experience in Interviewing, Defect Management, and Offshore operations

• Ability to create and execute Test Plans

• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and ability to create User Stories

• Experience in conducting Demos and providing Status Updates

• Skilled in creating Business Requirement Documents
