Our great Minneapolis client is looking for a great Senior Customer Service Manager. This role is a critical position within the organization and will have visibility to their leaders on a global scale. Responsibilities for this role include managing day to day metrics of the team, implementing new strategies to propel the team to growth, leadership and training opportunities and more. Requirements for this role include 5+ years of customer service experience, 3+ years of management experience, Bachelor Degree, strong proficiency in ERP software with SalesForce being prefered. and ability to come into the office.
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Spreadsheet and ERP system experience preferred
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Microsoft Office experience desired
