Robert Half Service Desk Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are searching for a meticulous and tech-savvy Help Desk Analyst II to bolster our team in the Legal industry, situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Your role will be to provide IT support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, utilizing remote support tools, and maintaining our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to our team, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues quickly and accurately

• Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Gain proficiency with our IT systems, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

• Manage and maintain Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, O365, Intune and MDM software

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes

• Work closely with the rest of the IT team and other departments to identify, maintain, and document standard operating procedures

• Implement and maintain desktop hardware, software, and other systems

• Provide training and technical assistance to users on the use of hardware, software, and other systems

• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft, Active Directory, and MS Office 365.

• Proven experience with Computer Hardware, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint Administration and Microsoft Exchange.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Active Directory, or other related fields will be considered as a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
