Description We are seeking a Tax Accountant to join our dedicated team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves providing tax advice, planning, and return preparation services. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients, understanding their financial situations, and aligning tax strategies with their financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical reviews of tax returns

• Manage multiple clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their financial situations

• Align tax strategies with clients' financial objectives

• Handle federal, state, and local tax audits

• Prepare research memoranda, correspondence, and other documents for submission to tax authorities

• Train, supervise, review, and evaluate staff work

• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx and other accounting functions for efficient workflow

• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and tax planning strategies

• Handle income tax accounting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses

• Prepare and review individual tax returns. Requirements • Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Fx

• Demonstrated expertise in accounting functions

• A strong understanding of compliance regulations

• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements

• Knowledge of IRS regulations and procedures

• Experience in tax planning strategies

• Proficiency in income tax accounting

• Experience in handling high-net-worth individual accounts

• Ability to prepare individual tax returns
