Are you a detail-oriented and proactive paralegal with trial preparation experience? Our team is seeking a Trial Paralegal to support fast-paced litigation cases and help our attorneys deliver results efficiently and effectively. Our client understands that legal professionals appreciate flexibility. They offer up to 3 days per week to work remotely. This team does require that paralegals work 10:00AM - 6:00PM CST, in support of West Coast attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.

• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure litigation progresses effectively, taking initiative to update team members regularly on the status of cases and promptly alerting attorneys to pressing client or case needs.

• Assist attorneys with discovery efforts such as drafting discovery requests, preparing for depositions, and issuing subpoenas.

• Conduct document review and analysis using litigation software platforms.

• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage), ensuring organized and accessible information.

• Support trial preparation, including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing exhibits, issuing trial subpoenas, and attending trial as needed.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm setting

• Must be adept in using iManage software

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
