Description

Currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist with comprehensive knowledge in managing a range of HR functions. A dynamic role, this position calls for an individual who is able to multitask and carry out responsibilities relating to employee benefits, recruitment, personnel file maintenance, and employee leave administration.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assist in benefits administration such as claims resolution, change reports, enrollments, re-enrollments, and possibly reconciling invoices for payments.

Involvement in recruitment processes for all positions ensuring a seamless onboarding process and orientation.

Conduct necessary employee transactions and maintenance in ADP Workforce Now.

Oversee assigned program administration to enforce HR responsibilities in accordance to the specific type of employee or healthcare system.

Facilitate effective employee relations by ensuring HR policies, compliance procedures are communicated, and adhered to.

Maintain up-to-date employee records.

Manage applications such as FMLA, ADA, and disability programs.

Keep personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Assist with affirmative action programs; conform to EEO regulations.

Oversee the filing of worker compensation claims and offer necessary support.

Participate in staff and other meetings as required.

Possibility of supporting audit processes and recommending corrective actions.

Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement by offering recommendations and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, along with a minimum of three years’ experience in the HR field or any similar combination of education and experience.

• HR healthcare experience is desirable.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (modules and portal) is a plus.

• PHR or SHRM certification is advantageous but not a requirement.

This is a robust role with the opportunity for professional growth within a fast-paced environment. Preference is given to highly detailed candidates with a robust HR background, and experience in healthcare is advantageous. Ideal candidates will have experience in handling high-volume tasks including leave of absence management, recruitment support, and onboarding within the ADP Workforce Now system.

Note: There may be a possibility of a hybrid remote work situation after six months once the independent work capability is met. This role may have a flexible schedule which involves three days in the office per week and half-day Fridays.
