Robert Half Marketing Specialist in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Description

The Marketing Specialist works with our Marketing Managers and Vice President of Marketing to drive brand awareness and leads through content creation, design, brand development support, market research, and digital marketing. The Marketing Specialist will develop creative assets for our portfolio of multifamily properties — such as signage, flyers and brochures, email blasts, and online advertisements.

The ideal candidate for this role is adept at owning multiple channels and priorities at once, bringing a balance of left-brained strategy and analysis and right-brained creativity. The person for this role should have strong creative drive with the ability to handle multiple brands effectively, maintaining the brand direction for all visual and textual elements.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Writing content for websites, print collateral, and email marketing campaigns

  • Designing marketing materials for properties and corporate brands

  • Utilizing marketing technology systems to enhance customer reviews, engage and retain residents, and nurture leads

  • Creating content for our resident loyalty program and social media channels

  • Implementing website improvements in RENTCafé and WordPress platforms including design, copywriting, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Developing, launching, and assessing email marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives

  • Performing research on new market trends, technologies, and competitors

  • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred)

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

  • Strong writer with copywriting experience

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment

  • 3+ years’ experience with design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills — creative and professional

  • Able to interact with wide range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel; WordPress, Wix, MailChimp; Google Analytics, Google My Business, AdWords, and SEO; Adobe Creative Suite; Facebook, Instagram

  • Self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, inquisitive, motivating, energetic, and results-driven

  • Flexible to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet changing deadlines
