A company in the Healthcare/NHS field has an amazing opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join their team. This role will be located in the Minnetonka, Minnesota region and offered on a long-term temporary-to-full-time basis through OfficeTeam.
Your responsibilities in this role
Composing and proofreading correspondence and other documents
Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams
Assisting in coordinating orders to ensure completion of process
Producing sales reports and presentations
Assisting the sales department in promoting company products and services
Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner
Making travel and meeting arrangements
Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions
Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required
Coordinating courses and training internal employees Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2+ years of Sales Assistant experience suggested
- Skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field
