Description
We are in the search of a Senior Business Analyst for a fully remote role with a Fortune 500 healthcare company. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for handling business needs, analyzing various business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies for optimizing business operations. Your role will require an analytical mindset, adept problem-solving skills, and an excellent understanding of what drives business success.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Manage competing resources and priorities.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite 3-6 Years Experience
Salesforce 3-6 Years Experience
A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in business requirements and business process documentation.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data management systems.
Experience in leading and developing top-performing teams.
