Answering Inbound Calls experience desired

Adeptness in Direct Client
Practical knowledge of customer service
Answering Inquiries experience required
Community Events experience highly preferred
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
