Robert Half Finance Analyst in Miramar, Florida

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst in Miramar, Florida. In this role, you will be integral in providing data management support through the analysis and reporting of sales volume, profitability, pricing program effectiveness, market penetration, and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on sales volume and profitability to support the strategic decision-making process.

• Participate actively in meetings with Sales Management, Marketing, Pricing, and suppliers to discuss financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

• Assist in building the P& L to achieve supplier AOPs in collaboration with the Commercial Finance team.

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales management teams to ensure profitability goals are achieved.

• Identify overspend risks and opportunities to support the Commercial Finance team.

• Assist in the annual planning process, ensuring plans adhere to budgets.

• Collaborate with Marketing Directors to develop and implement pricing of all new items.

• Participate in the monthly vendor/supplier billing aging process, ensuring objectives set by National leadership are met.

• Reconcile records to supplier records and generate monthly financial recaps.

• Coordinate supplier initiated check requests and third-party vendors.

• Perform department expense analysis and gross profit analysis.

• Conduct financial planning and projection for the fiscal year-end.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications. Requirements • Proven experience in Finance and Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Office Functions and Data Management

• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills

• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Marketing strategies

• Experience with Reporting, Budget Processes, and Planning Processes

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Projection

• Ability to create and deliver Presentations

• Familiarity with Pricing and Billing processes

• Experience with Account Management and dealing with Suppliers

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills

• Knowledge and experience with Check Processing

• Ability to use video conferencing tools for Onsite meetings

• Experience with the creation and use of Templates

• Demonstrated ability to bring Innovation to processes and tasks
