A dynamic organization working with Robert Half is seeking a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. This client is looking for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will be handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Qualified candidates should apply as soon as possible! This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Mishawaka, Indiana area.


  • Carrying out interviews

  • Shaping internal recommendations

  • Propping new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Incorporating digital recruiting resources

  • Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Undertaking various administrative duties Requirements - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • This role needs to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Word

  • Expertise in Applicant Track System

  • Sourcing recruitment experience desired

  • Microsoft Outlook experience preferred

    • You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
