Our client, in the local area, is seeking the services of a Administrative Assistant to assist their team. This Administrative Assistant opportunity is on-going and most definitely has the potential to start of temporary and transition to full-time. As the Administrative Assistant, your duties include but are not limited to the following: answering transferring phone calls; corresponding to customers via email; running cost analysis reports and P L reports; managing and organizing Health Safety meetings and policies; train all new staff and set them up with login credentials; provide administrative support to HR and General Manager; order office supplies as needed; maintain a clean and organized office space; other duties as assigned. As the strong candidate for this on-going opportunity you must possess two or more years of administrative support in the Health and Safety industry.
