Located in Mississauga, Ontario, the Desktop Support Analyst opportunity is a 6 month contract to start.

*Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups *Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues *Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally *Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems *Perform Install, Move, Add and Change tasks *Image, deploy, upgrade and refresh desktops
