Description An esteemed company has an opening for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic culture. Robert Half has an amazing opportunity for a self-starter looking to grow with a reputable company while handling responsibilities such as, handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. Major responsibilities
Manage a number of administrative duties
Preside over employee database records
Organize new employee on-boarding orientation methods
Explore the internet to track down potential customers Requirements
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
Experience with Lead Special Projects
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Workstation Support experience highly preferred
Knowledge of Phone Etiquette
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word
Earlier work involving Benefit Functions
Prior experience with HRIS System
Office Functions experience
Reporting experience
Microsoft Excel experience
PC OS experience preferred
Adeptness in procedures
Comprehension of File System
Wages experience desired
Good understanding of Clerical Duties
Foundational knowledge in Written Communication
Knowledge of data entry
Previous experience working with Clinical Trial Operations
Lifting experience highly desired
General familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration
Solid understanding of customer service
Background working with Medical Coverage
Partners experience highly valued
Hands-on experience with coordination
Strong familiarity with External Customers
Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
