Robert Half is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team onsite in Moline! In this position, you will be providing direct support to four Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors. This is a one-year contracted position, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in multitasking, and has excellent communication abilities. Your Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage appointment calendars for managers.

Facilitate workflow through managers' offices, leveraging organizational knowledge to manage incoming and outgoing tasks, including assignments across other managers.

Handle inquiries from internal and external customers and escalating complex issues as needed.

Gather, create, and maintain sensitive or confidential information for internal use.

Maintain and update organizational databases with accuracy.

Compile, maintain, and summarize sensitive information for various reports and special projects.

Provide communication services within the department, coordinating calls and visits as needed, including handling calls in multiple languages.

Ensure strict confidentiality and handle all sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

What Skills You Need:

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience handling highly confidential information.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience planning and coordinating events.

Experience supporting upper-level management in an administrative capacity.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
