Reimbursement Processor
We are partnered with John Deere in recommending two detail-oriented and self-motivated Reimbursement Processors to join their team at Worldwide Headquarters. This hybrid opportunity will require in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering the flexibility of remote work on other days; engagement is currently approved for two years with potential for extension. We're looking for candidates who bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily reimbursement transactions from channel partners.
Handle product tracking records, warranty claims, and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims.
Ensure equitable and timely reimbursements to channel partners while safeguarding company assets.
Use experience and knowledge to make higher-level decisions on complex machines and issues.
Manage financial transactions (debits and credits) for channel partners and inter-company processes accurately and efficiently.
Support company personnel and channel partners with warranty systems, answering inquiries related to warranty or PIP.
Process requests related to reimbursement administration from field reps, marketing units, factories, and channel partners.
Relocation:
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense by the start of the assignment. No exceptions will be made.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Preferred: Associates Degree (2-year) but not required.
Background in Claims Processing or Call Center roles is highly advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced situations.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborative team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
