Description
We are working with an exciting firm looking to add an AP Specialist to their team!! This is a great opportunity for an AP candidate open to growth. As an AP Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's financial processes and contributing to the overall success of their organization.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
Generate purchase orders when necessary
Obtain and print signatures on all checks
Assist senior financial officers as needed
Requirements
3+ year of fluent A/P experience in a high-volume setting
Any Large ERP system
High attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to multi-task
