Requirements: Customer Service Representative Monsey, NY – Robert Half is assisting a large corporate client who is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a long-term temporary role. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years' customer service experience, a friendly and upbeat attitude, and strong attention to detail! Responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfilling customers' orders

  • Responding to inquiries by email and phone

  • Data entry of customer information

  • Filing submissions and retrieving documents from government offices

  • Maintaining and updating customer records

  • Researching and documenting legal documents Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 1+ year of data entry experience

  • Basic understanding of legal processes preferred!

  • HS diploma or equivalent All work will be conducted on-site at the client's Monsey location. These roles will require 40 hours/week for approximately 3 months.
