What you get to do every single day

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

    • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

    • Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

    • Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred

    • Process Vendor Invoices experience

    • Solid understanding of Phone Coverage

    • Strong familiarity with customer invoices

    • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

    • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
