Major responsibilities

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

Requirements

  • Expertise in Call Center Customer Service

  • General familiarity with call centers

  • Adeptness in Phone Etiquette

  • Deep understanding of Customer Account

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Phone System

  • Practical knowledge of Inbound Call Center

  • Customer service experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Assist Customers

  • Customer Support experience highly desired

  • High Volume Call Center experience highly preferred

  • Background working with Fast Paced Call Center

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Proficient with computers and technology platforms

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills
