Manage and place incoming telephone calls
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Expertise in Call Center Customer Service
General familiarity with call centers
Adeptness in Phone Etiquette
Deep understanding of Customer Account
Demonstrated knowledge of Phone System
Practical knowledge of Inbound Call Center
Customer service experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Assist Customers
Customer Support experience highly desired
High Volume Call Center experience highly preferred
Background working with Fast Paced Call Center
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Customer service and office administrative skills
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
