Key Responsibilities:

  • Create seasonal product listings ensuring accurate sku level details are reflected on the website by proactively managing merchandising presentations to support product conversion

  • Own the item attribution, categorization, seasonal presentations, and filter management with a customer-centric approach to ensure ease of wayfinding and drive increased sales

  • Coordinate new product set-up with product managers, copy writers and creative teams to bring new products onto the web by assisting with online photography needs and rich selling descriptions to support SEO and categorization strategies

  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and E-Commerce teams in the Go-to-Market process to develop online product taxonomy, product groupings, whitespace opportunities, merchandising campaigns, and cross-sell opportunities

  • Partner with the E-Commerce team and Email Specialist on setting the promotional calendar and influencing product priorities to support plans

  • Analyze merchandising reports to aid in on-going site merchandising optimizations and assist in developing seasonal sales plans, product strategies and category & item growth opportunities

  • Act as liaison to resolve merchandise-related issues for product, marketing, and customer service teams

Essential Functions:

  • Create and post new products to all appropriate sales channels to increase sales

  • Identify niche products and new trends and help recommend new products to Merchandisers

  • Improve process efficiency and ensure product content accuracy

  • Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to create promotions and campaigns

  • Partner with Web Development to build and maintain product detail pages using Hybris e-commerce platform.

  • Publish new merchandise and optimize product exposure to increase engagement and improve conversion rate

  • Maintain and manage site search, ensuring product names, keywords and attributes are searchable

  • Establish and implement merchandising strategies that improve the online shopping experience and increase conversion

  • Partner with Marketing and Web Development to support digital marketing initiatives -(Social, Email, Paid Search) that increase brand awareness and drive better engagement

  • Leverage website analytics (Google Analytics) to understand performance and customer interaction with categories, featured product placement, and general online shopping experiences to help identify opportunities and wins.

  • Report weekly and monthly on metrics including top-line metrics, sales, conversion rates, traffic and customer satisfaction for eCommerce strategies and the brand.


  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable role required.

  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.

  • Able to review data, draw conclusions, present solutions and take action on the next steps.

  • Analytical ability and business judgement

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with constant moving parts

  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.

  • Self-driven and team player

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • E-merchandising solution experience is a plus
