Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Monterey, California. In this role, you will oversee HR functions within the Financial Services sector, managing systems such as ADP and ATS, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems.

• Maintain ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient data management.

• Utilize Ceridian and HCM for comprehensive HR management.

• Oversee benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.

• Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and HR laws.

• Foster positive employee relations and address any employee concerns.

• Oversee the hiring process to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

• Handle complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian

• Understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) systems

• Experience with Benefit Functions within a corporate environment

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Understanding of compliance regulations and laws related to HR

• Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations

• Knowledge of hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding

• Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
