Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller based in Montgomery, Texas. This role involves overseeing all financial operations and directing corporate financial planning and structure in our team. You will be working closely with other Finance professionals, managing the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations and manage the preparation of financial reports.
• Direct the implementation of strategic financial planning and structure.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with other Finance professionals on financial planning and budgeting.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient workflow.
• Perform auditing and budget processes as part of the role.
• Apply GAAP Accounting principles in financial operations.
• Use your skills in ERP Solutions and ADP - Financial Services.
• Manage Accounting Functions as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledgeable in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with ERP Solutions is a must
• Capable of handling all Accounting Functions
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Proficient in Budget Processes
• Familiarity with GAAP Accounting is required
• Certification as a CPA is require
