Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently working with a stable client on their search for tech savvy Customer Service Representative. This Customer Service Representative will join the relationship between the customer by assisting with customer questions and concerns, answering incoming calls, distributing, and entering customer invoices, and providing administrative assistance as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
Enter data into CRM systems
Issue customer invoices
Manage customer records and files
Generate sales leads
Process incoming orders and adjustments
Respond to email correspondence promptly
Maintain product and service knowledge
Process credit card payments
Resolve product and service inquiries
Provide troubleshooting as needed
Requirements
1+ years of Customer Service experience
Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Good basic math knowledge
CRM/ERP background a PLUS
