You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. This long-term contract / temporary to hire Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Mooresville, North Carolina area.

How you will make an impact

  • Survey reports and sheets of data

  • Keep records of tasks, files, and progress

  • Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source

  • Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Search websites for information

  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

    Requirements - Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

    • Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Comprehension of Typing Data Entry

  • Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

  • Earlier work involving Detailed Business Requirements

  • Certified Epic experience required

  • Background working with Customer Business Worldwide

  • Customer Account experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Manufacture

  • Hands-on experience with Administrative Assistance

  • Strong familiarity with AS400

  • General familiarity with Global Manufacturing

  • SAP experience

  • Experience with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Previous experience working with Fax Documents

  • Typing experience highly valued

  • Practical knowledge of Assist Customers

  • Adeptness in order entry

  • Excel Formulas experience

  • Good understanding of Scanning Invoices

  • High typing accuracy

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
