Description “This position reports to the Corporate Counsel – Securities, M& A and Corporate Governance and Assistant Secretary. As part of this company's corporate governance practice group, the Senior Corporate Paralegal will perform a variety of complex support activities in the design and administration of an enterprise-wide corporate governance program. Major responsibilities will include executing corporate governance policies and procedures and corporate secretarial and entity management (e.g., managing and maintaining corporate governance activities, records and minute books for entities, and preparing materials necessary for the establishment, maintenance and dissolution of corporate entities and corporate entity actions / resolutions).”
At least 6 years of relevant experience: corporate governance
Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
