Description
Our client, a global manufacturing company, has a great opportunity for a Compensation Lead to join their team. Responsibilities of the Compensation Lead include but are not limited to:
refining and enhancing the compensation and total rewards strategy of a global mid-sized business
designing and administering annual compensation plans and incentive plans
working side by side with benefits and HR staff/departments
benchmarking and metrics including salary surveys and pricing jobs
compliance and equity review
leadership and training
union negotiations
HRIS support
international compensation support
other responsibilities as assigned
Company offers a competitive compensation package in the $90-110k range plus 10% bonus. Company also offers medical benefits, 401k with match, and paid time off.
Requirements
Candidates applying to this position are required to have 7-8 years of experience in compensation as well as the following: global experience, union experience, and manufacturing or similar industry experience. Other keys include experience with acquisitions, and experience with SAP and Success Factor.
