Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the construction/contractor industry, located in MOUNT HOPE NT, Ohio, 44660, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, processing credit card and check orders, tracking shipments, and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Process credit card and check orders accurately and efficiently
• Track shipments and in-warranty orders to ensure timely delivery
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data
• Communicate effectively with customers via email and inbound/outbound calls
• Enter order information into the system accurately and efficiently
• Schedule appointments as needed to address customer concerns or requests
• Provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role within the construction/contractor industry
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Demonstrated ability in handling call center customer service
• Competence in data entry and order entry tasks
• Ability to correspond professionally and effectively through email
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing schedules
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
