Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Benefits Service Representative! Are you a customer service specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships? Then we have the position for you. This role involves helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue, managing customer relationships, and working in a high-volume environment. NOTE: This position you will need to attend onsite trainings, must live close to the location of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence

  • Implement and design strategies to improve the customer experience

  • Design, track, and analyze customer success metrics

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty

  • Solve complicated problems and issues

  • Guide customer-facing staff in ways to improve customer service and loyalty

    Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.

  • Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required.

  • Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Health & Welfare and Pension benefit plans.

  • Strong technology skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects within established deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.

NOTE: This position you will need to attend onsite trainings, must live close to the location of this role.
