We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist! Are you a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment? This role involves helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue, managing customer relationships, and working in a high-volume environment. NOTE: This position you will need to attend onsite trainings, must live close to the location of this role.
Process system data updates such as indicative data, election data, dependent and beneficiary data.
Help develop and maintain system processing documentation.
Process and fulfill Enrollment worksheets, confirmation statements and other benefit related materials.
Internally manage client inventory and assist with system testing, Web, interfaces and system generated reports for new and ongoing systems.
Gain an understanding of the plan design, including coverage levels and options, eligibility, enrollment/change, and termination procedures.
Meet service level agreements across all clients, analyze process workflow and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
3+ years of customer service experience.
Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required.
Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Health & Welfare and Pension benefit plans.
Strong technology skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task on multiple projects within established deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.
