Description

Customer Service Representatives who love building solid customer relationships will be interested in this position, if they are articulate and highly skilled. This long-term contract to hire Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This is a second shift position working from 1p - 10p and candidates for this position must have occasional weekend availability. A great opportunity to get a foot in the door of a very reputable and established organization in the financial industry!

Major responsibilities

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

  • Superior Customer Service experience

  • Proven knowledge of Banking Industry

  • Experience with Computer Data Entry

  • Expertise in customer service

  • High Volume Call Center experience

  • Proven computer skills
