Requirements: Requirements: -Bachelor?s degree preferred -Experience in an administrative/recruiting role for 6+ months -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to edit and proofread -Ability to multi-task and follow through on all assigned tasks -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite -Mastery of simple third party database operations, as well as problem solving various routine office related operating systems -Willingness to assist wherever needed -Proven ability to organize, use good judgment, prioritize and meet deadlines -Attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy -Ability to maintain confidentiality of extremely sensitive and private data -Flexibility and willingness to learn
