OfficeTeam is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be a part of a great organization in the Mountain View area. You will be the main point of contact for the office and report to upper management. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: -Answering and transferring phones -Screen emails and direct them to the proper inbox -Main point of contact for any facilities coordination -Maintain office supplies, kitchen supplies and grocery orders (e.g. placing orders, monitoring deliveries) -Maintain vendor communication -Process expense reports through Concur -Assist with payroll and accounting when needed -Support the office with administrative projects -Complete and update data entry -Manage the organization of all files and updating them into a new electronic system -Facilitate manage logistics, prepare materials and order food for various meetings and lunches (i.e. board of director meetings, interviews, etc. -Assist with minor IT issues with basic office equipment -Assist with ad hoc projects as needed -Possibly coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for management If interested and experienced please reply with resume in WORD format to: firstname.lastname@example.org AND email@example.com
