OfficeTeam is working with a well know non-profit organization in the Peninsula and is looking for Administrative Assistant / experienced Administrative Coordinator for a temporary? opportunity for the holiday season. This will be Monday to Friday, 8am- 5pm.?

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter gift or grant data and constituent information into enterprise systems ensuring timely and accurate daily processing.

  • Conduct due diligence and verify the compliance and data integrity of grant or gift transactions.

  • Create and maintain data files and logs.

  • Provide timely, responsive and great customer service throughout SVCF.

  • Prepare grant award letters, grant agreements or gift acknowledgement letters and other correspondence, verifying they are accurate before mailing.

  • Additional hours will be required due to the high volume of transactions during peak season.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience such as grants or gift processing, or other relevant work experience is preferred.

  • A high degree of flexibility and ability to re-prioritize as client needs change.

  • Aptitude to think critically and creatively.

  • Attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Accepts responsibility and follows through on assignments.

  • Demonstrates capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment, stay organized and proactively manage workflow to meet deadlines.

  • Initiative, good judgment and works with humor even when under pressure.

  • Ability and willingness to work effectively with diverse groups of people and in a multicultural team environment.

  • Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly; database experience, particularly GrantedGE and Raiser?s Edge preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong sense of office protocol and discretion.

  • Available to work additional hours as required
