Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and company websites.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific record-keeping requirements.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist with payroll processing, including timesheet collection and data entry.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Support the resolution of employee relations issues, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary.
Training and Development:
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Track training completion and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
HR Reporting and Metrics:
Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee satisfaction surveys.
Assist in analyzing HR data to inform decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience in employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with regular working hours.
Occasional extended hours may be required during peak recruitment periods or special projects.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
