Our client, a fully integrated commercial real estate firm, is hiring for a hybrid role as a Property Accountant. You'll handle financial management for properties, including record-keeping, statement preparation, and bank account oversight. Plus, you'll tackle journal entries, accounting tasks, and financial reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-10 years of property accounting expertise
Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting essential
Prior exposure to real estate accounting preferred
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities required
Capacity to analyze financial data and offer insights
Strong communication and problem-solving aptitude
