You'll be working on recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. You will be in charge of both recruiting functions and a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, as well as providing clerical support to the HR department. Major responsibilities

  • Formulating internal recommendations

  • Fulfilling interviews

  • Undertaking various administrative duties

  • Putting to use digital recruiting resources

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Maintaining new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Recruiting Activities experience

  • Strong familiarity with Diversity Recruitment

  • Knowledge of Technical Recruiting

  • Recruiting Events experience

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Adeptness in workday

    • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
