As the Controller, you will plan and direct all accounting operational functions, manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial information for internal and external financial statements, assess accounting and internal control systems, and guide departmental staff. Your responsibilities:
Month/Quarter/Year-End Close
Consolidated Financial Statements
Journal Entries, Accruals, and Reconciliations
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
Financial Modeling and KPI’s,
Cash Management, P& L, and Financial Reporting
Requirements
The ideal Controller candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. Master’s Degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant designation required.
Other requirements for the Controller position include and are not limited to:
7+ years of experience in financial management required.
Construction experience required.
Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
