Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This role will require a variety of administrative tasks to support our team. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, making it essential for the candidate to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Answering multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Greeting guests professionally and directing them to the right personnel or department
• Performing data entry tasks and organizing files efficiently
• Handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments as needed
• Creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Providing excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilizing interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience in data entry
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
